Christine Dunn
Pastor
My name is Christine, and I serve as the Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church. I became a pastor because I experienced how transformational the love of Jesus can be, both in my personal life and in community life. Having spent time in Central America, I learned how critical and life-giving the church can be in a broken and hurting world. I saw the church engage in a way that I had never experienced before and I knew I wanted to help foster relationships between church, society, and daily life in the United States. I am also an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, having run more than 15 marathons and hiked much of the Appalachian Trail. My personal world is the perfect blend of chaos and fun. I have four children (three young adult sons and an elementary-aged daughter). I’m married to the love of my life, who I met at a local fire house where I also serve as their chaplain. Finally, I graduated from the Lutheran Seminary at Gettysburg (MDiv) and was ordained in 2009. In additional to my theological training, I also have degrees in special education (BSED, Ohio University) and public administration (MPA, Ohio University).

Marilyn Converse
Handbell Choir Director
Marilyn picked up her first bells in 1981, at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Pittsburgh, and has not wanted to put them down since. Four years later, she brought her love of bells to Trinity Lutheran and founded its handbell choir, which she continues to direct. She is a member of the Handbell Musicians of America (HMA), has served as the Maryland District Representative for HMA, and served on the Area 3 HMA Board for eight years.
Amanda MacPhee
Office Administrator
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am the administrative assistant and graphic designer here at Trinity. I’m the one working behind the scenes to get things ready for worship every week and the first person you see when you walk in. If you come by to chat, I can almost guarantee you will get to see 3-5 pictures of my dog (and maybe a video or 2). My other two loves are Jesus and photography. In addition to my work at Trinity, I own my own photography business, and shoot weddings on the weekends! I look forward to meeting you!

Lay Leadership
The governance and stewardship of the congregation is annually entrusted to an elected 12-member Congregational Council. Composed entirely of lay volunteers, the Council oversees the life and activities of this congregation to ensure everything is done in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practice of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. To carry out this responsibility, the Council actively partners with the Ministerial leadership to design, implement, and foster Christ-centered worship, service to the community and to the church, and connection among members and all who come to Trinity.
